Live Smart – Lose Weight Fast!

I’m sure we have all heard the phrase “Train smarter not harder” but have you ever wondered exactly what that means? These days I prefer to switch the word ‘Train” with the word “Live” as living is exactly what we were born to do, and I don’t know about you but I would much rather spend my life living than training!

We all know how hard it can sometimes be to keep up with an exercise and strict meal plan, and to be quite honest it tends to get rather monotonous and well, downright boring. For most people this is where it all starts to fall apart and this is where living by the Blood Type Philosophy comes into play for both me and many clients that I work with. I believe this lifestyle to be the link between short term weight loss and long term results. For these reasons when I talk fitness I don’t just mean the physical aspect. To me being FIT is a combination of three things.

  1. Emotional Fitness
  2. Nutritional Fitness
  3. Physical Fitness

To give you an idea, when a client says they are type O, I instantly know that they need a high protein diet, they tend to store carbs as fat and they need a higher intensity cross training style program with plenty of variety to lose weight and get in great shape.
